Five tips for your mobile locator
- Provide a store locator based on proximity; find my nearest basis, NOT a database match.
- Auto-locate on a smartphone – always maximise the technology available on the device such as using GPS.
- Provide as much information as possible in text rather than images. Provide a map last rather than first.
- Offer a ‘Click to call’ function at the earliest opportunity to improve conversion.
- Always brand your pushpin on the map in a visual way to position your brand.
